1. Acceptance of terms

By using the BottleTech website and Kashif, our free website-audit tool, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. What the site and Kashif do

BottleTech builds AI automation, business systems, and custom software, and runs Kashif — a free tool that scores a website and lists its top issues. Any paid work is covered by a separate agreement we sign with you; these terms cover the website and the free audit.

3. Using Kashif

Kashif is free and meant to help, so please use it fairly.

Only scan a website you own or are allowed to check. Do not point it at someone else’s site to attack it or load it beyond what it can handle. Do not try to get around the rate limits, and do not drive the tool with automated scripts beyond running an audit.

The score and the issues are a starting point, not the last word. Kashif reads a sample of your public pages in about a minute, so it can miss things, and it is not a certification or a guarantee about your website, its security, or its search ranking.

A person from BottleTech then reviews the scan by hand and follows up — and anything they tell you about scope, timeline, or price is only firm once it is in writing.

4. The AI assistant

The chat assistant on this site gives general information and rough guidance. It is there to help you work out whether we are a fit, not to agree terms with you.

Anything it says about price, timeline or scope is indicative. It is not an offer, not a quote and not a contract, and nothing it says binds BottleTech. The only binding number is a written quote from a person at BottleTech. The assistant cannot give you a discount or commit us to anything.

It can also get things wrong. If something it tells you matters to your decision, check it with us at hello@bottletech.net before you act on it.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of BottleTech and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of liability

BottleTech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, Kashif, or our services. The free audit is provided as is: we work to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, and what you decide from it is your own call.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If you keep using the site after a change, that counts as accepting the new terms, and the date at the top shows when they last changed.
