By accessing and using the BottleTech website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

BottleTech provides AI automation, business solutions implementation, and custom software development services. All services are subject to separate engagement agreements.

3. The AI Assistant

The chat assistant on this site gives general information and rough guidance. It is there to help you work out whether we are a fit, not to agree terms with you.

Anything it says about price, timeline or scope is indicative. It is not an offer, not a quote and not a contract, and nothing it says binds BottleTech. The only binding number is a written quote from a person at BottleTech. The assistant cannot give you a discount or commit us to anything.

It can also get things wrong. If something it tells you matters to your decision, check it with us at hello@bottletech.net before you act on it.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of BottleTech and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

BottleTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
